 We take great care in packing every order safely and beautifully. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships: Standard orders: 2–4 business days after your order is placed. Personalized and made-to-order: items such as custom chokers and handmade necklaces: up to 7 business days after your order is placed as these are crafted especially for you. Once your label is printed and your order is handed to the carrier you will receive a tracking number via email. We ship worldwide. We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 within the United States. Orders under $35 will have a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. United States delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.International delivery: 10–21 business days after dispatch depending on destination country and customs clearance. International Buyers: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Crystals are fragile by nature! We pack every order with extra care — bubble wrap tissue paper and sturdy boxes — to make sure your pieces arrive safely. If your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right.
