Refund policy

We want you to love your crystals! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused and undamaged — and accompanied by proof of purchase. To start a return please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos if the item arrived damaged.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 The following items cannot be returned: personalized and made-to-order items unless they arrived damaged or defective, items returned after the 7-day window, and items that show signs of use or damage not caused by shipping.

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

If your item arrived damaged please contact us immediately with photos. We will do everything we can to make it right — whether that is a replacement or a full refund.
