Processing Time

We take great care in packing every order safely and beautifully. Please allow the following processing times before your order ships:

Standard orders: 2–4 business days after your order is placed
Personalized & made-to-order items (custom chokers, handmade necklaces): up to 7 business days after your order is placed, as these are crafted especially for you

💚 Once your label is printed and your order is handed to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We ship worldwide! Whether you're in the United States or across the globe, we will get your crystals to you safely.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $35within the United States. Orders under $35 will have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:

United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 10–21 business days after dispatch depending on destination country and customs clearance

Fragile Items

Crystals are fragile by nature! We pack every order with extra care — bubble wrap, tissue paper, and sturdy boxes — to make sure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right.
