About Our Crystals

Are your crystals real and natural?

Yes! All of our crystals are 100% real and natural unless specifically stated otherwise (for example, some dyed or heat-treated stones will always be labeled as such). We handpick every piece from trusted, ethical sources around the world.

Where do your crystals come from?

We source our crystals from the world's finest mineral-producing regions including Brazil, Peru, Morocco, Madagascar, Democratic Republic of Congo, Uruguay and more. As a Brazilian-born crystal lover, sourcing quality stones is something we take very personally!

Why does my crystal look slightly different from the photo?

Every crystal is unique — that's the beauty of natural stones! Colors may appear slightly different due to photography lighting and screen settings. The exact piece you receive may vary slightly from the photo, but will always be beautiful and true to the listing description.

How do I cleanse and care for my crystals?

Most crystals can be cleansed by placing them in moonlight overnight, using sage or palo santo smoke, or placing them on a selenite charging plate. Avoid leaving water-soluble crystals (like selenite, halite or malachite) in water. Keep crystals out of direct sunlight for extended periods as some may fade over time.

How are your bracelets and necklaces made?

Our beaded bracelets and crystal necklaces are handmade with love right here in Orlando, Florida. We use genuine gemstone beads, quality wire, and sterling silver or stainless steel findings depending on the piece.

What is the difference between your standard and personalized jewelry?

Our standard jewelry is ready to ship within 2–4 business days. Our personalized items — like our handmade chokers and custom necklaces — are made to order especially for you and may take up to 7 business days to dispatch.

Do you offer sterling silver options?

Yes! Many of our jewelry pieces offer a sterling silver upgrade option. Look for the variation selector on the product page to choose your preferred metal finish.

Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Personalized items take up to 7 business days to dispatch. US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders take 10–21 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item, provided it is in original unused condition. Personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged. We do not offer exchanges. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
